  • Delivery Time Slots and Options
    China Town SA uses Rhenus Express courier service to give you the fastest and safest delivery to your door. Delivery will occur between 9:00 am to 17:00 pm on weekdays
  • Delivery Fees
    Express delivery in Main City areas is FREE on orders totalling R500 or more.
  • Change my Delivery Address
    Once the delivery address has been set, the delivery address cannot be changed online, please email support@chinatownsa.com or fill out the online contact form with your new address and purchase order number.
  • Can I change my order from Delivery to Collect?
    Unfortunately these changes cannot be made online, please email support@chinatownsa.com or fill out the online contact form with your purchase order number.
  • Rescheduling Date of Delivery
    Unfortunately rescheduling cannot be made online, please email support@chinatownsa.com or fill out the online contact form with your new date of delivery and purchase order number.
  • Track my Order
    China Town SA uses Rhenus Express Courier Services for fast and safe deliveries. Once payment confirmation or order placed email has been sent to your email address, an email will be sent with a tracking link and WAYBILL number provided by Rhenus Express Couriers as soon as your items has been handed over to the courier.
  • Missing Items or Incorrect Order
    We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Please email support@chinatownsa.com with your purchase order number and list of missing/incorrect items.
  • Can I make changes to my order once it's been processed ?
    You cannot remove or add items to your order once its been processed. You may return items once they have been delivered or create a new order if you wish to purchase more items.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@chinatownsa.com with your purchase order number to request a cancellation, if the order cannot be cancelled, a return can be requested once your items have been delivered.
  • Why has China Town SA cancelled my order?
    We will send you an email and cancel your order for the following reasons: Payment has not been received : All orders require payment at checkout, if payment has not gone through in 24hrs your order will be cancelled. Stock Constraints: China Town SA will do its best in updating the website and its stock frequently, suppliers might be out of stock after payment has been confirmed. Your monies paid will be reflected back into your account after 48hrs. Unsuccessful deliveries: If the delivery was unsuccessful an attempt to reschedule your delivery will be made. After two failed attempts to deliver your order a credit will be applied to your account and your delivery will be cancelled. If you wish to receive a refund instead of a credit on your account, please email support@chinatownsa.com
  • Can I return my product?
    If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from China Town SA and wish to log a return of your purchase China Town SA will fix, replace, refund or credit your account if terms stipulated below have been met. Items may be returned within 14 days of items delivered in its original packaging with the items original labels and stickers undamaged. Items can only be returned with all its accessories, wires and chargers. Damaged packaging, items and missing parts/ accessories won’t be accepted for return. Once items have been returned to China Town SA and accessed your account will be credited, items fixed or exchanged. If you do not wish for your account to be credited and rather monies to be transferred back to the same credit card, payment by Instant EFT will be refunded to your nominated bank account please request at support@chinatownsa.com for more information on items that cannot be returned or exchanged please read our Returns Policy
  • Return and Exchange Method and Fees
    Method: Once you have logged a Return or Exchange within 14 days of delivery. The courier will collect your purchase from the original address and our team will access the product. Once the product is eligible for exchange/return and is in stock we will contact you to arrange a new delivery time and date. If the purchase is not in stock our team will refund and credit your account. If you do not wish for your account to be credited and rather monies to be transferred back to the same credit card, payment by Instant EFT will be refunded to your nominated bank account please request at support@chinatownsa.com China Town SA has the right by law to refuse to exchange, fix or refund items that are not considered defective or damaged by China Town SA and have been damaged, altered or have missing parts by the user or natural disasters stipulated above. Fees: Returns/ Exchanges due to defect or damage will NOT have shipping fees applied Exchanges due to colour or size variations will have shipping feeds applied Returns/ Exchanges that are not eligible for exchange/return will have shipping fees applied. China Town SA has the right by law to refuse to exchange, fix or refund items that are not considered defective or damaged by China Town SA and have been damaged, altered or have missing parts by the user or natural disasters stipulated above.
